We are a community support group for new mums and we are coming to Wycombe! Join us to soothe your soul with simple songs and harmonies learnt by ear. No experience needed and all are welcome. Bring your baby!
Singing is a powerful mood booster and anti-depressant, which is wonderful for postnatal mums! Babies have been proven to respond most powerfully to the sound of their mum singing too.
At Sound and Song for Mums, we invite women to join us to learn simple and beautiful songs, meet other mamas and relax with a cuppa, all while the little ones soak up the sounds from singing.

With generous help from our funders we are offering free subscription to a 12 week course of singing support for new mums in Wycombe.
Includes:
- Time to connect with mums and other members of the group.
- Sing like the birds sing, without a care in the world.

- Access to WhatsApp support group.

FAQ: Do I need any singing experience to take part?
No! Not at all. We welcome shy singers, non-singers and soul divas! You will never be asked to sing a solo.
FAQ: Am I eligible to join?
The programme is designed to help any mums experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress, social isolation or symptoms of postnatal depression and is open to all new mums.
About Zoe
Singing Mamas Wycombe is run by Zoe Hatch, a dynamic songstress and facilitator.
Zoe is a member of the Natural Voice Network and national organisation 'Singing for Health'. She's delighted to be launching this project for maternal well-being.
About Sound & Song CIC
Sessions are managed by Sound and Song CIC, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. We use singing to promote health and well-being for everyone.
